This at-home online yoga retreat is designed to help you rest, relax, and rejuvenate through the practices of yoga and meditation all within the comfort of your own home.
Retreat means the act of moving back or withdrawing. Yoga teaches us how to withdraw from the material world, and navigate our way towards inner peace.
This 5 day home retreat is a way of bringing structure to our physical, mental and spiritual practices. Exploring each of the 7 Chakras, bringing balance and harmony into the body, mind and spirit. This course will include, motivational schedule, book recommendations, yoga excercises, knowledge of the chakra system, meditations and much more!!!
I have created a 5 day challenge for you online, so that you can create a new "normal" for your life. I understand that you have lots of other commitments and responsibilites but giving yourself between 1 and 2.5 hours every day will bring a sense of balance into your body, mind and spirit. These classes can be done anywhere, anytime, over and over again, allowing you to focus your energy on balancing and brightening your Chakras.
I created this challenge in March 2020 a time where the whole world is in lockdown, there is a huge amount of fear and negative energy, in our lives right now. Yoga has given us ways to assess that negative energy and harness it in a positive way. I'm am hugely passionate about Chakras and have been studying how to work with them for almost 6 years now.
Knowledge of the Chakra system has helped me change my life. From my work, to my relationships, to my connection with nature, and myself. I just knew this was something I had to share. I have seen people transform their lives through workshops and retreats that I have hosted and I am so excited to be able to share my passion with a larger audience online.
